Important: These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 24ph. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the 24ph platform.
You must be at least 21 years old to register and use 24ph, in accordance with Philippine law. Age verification is required before withdrawals are processed.
24ph operates under applicable Philippine gaming regulations. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Use of the platform from restricted jurisdictions is prohibited.
Each player is permitted one account only. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and balances may be forfeited. Account sharing or transfer is strictly prohibited.
All bonuses and promotions are subject to wagering requirements clearly stated at the time of the offer. Bonus abuse or exploitation of promotional terms will result in account suspension.
Verified players may withdraw funds to their registered GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, or Metrobank account. Withdrawals are processed subject to identity verification and these Terms.

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. 24ph makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in locations outside the Philippines.
The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain an Account on 24ph:
To access the full features of the 24ph Platform, you must create an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to update your information promptly if it changes.
Each player is permitted to hold only one Account on the 24ph Platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 24ph reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets, and forfeit any balances held therein.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. 24ph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify 24ph support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
24ph is required to verify the identity of its players. You may be asked to submit a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or Account closure.
Accepted Philippine IDs: PhilSys National ID, Philippine Passport, SSS/GSIS ID, Driver's License, PRC ID, Voter's ID, and other government-issued identification documents are accepted for KYC purposes.
Players may fund their 24ph wallet using the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
24ph does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. Deposits are generally credited to your 24ph wallet within minutes of confirmation by the payment provider.
Withdrawal requests may be submitted by verified players at any time. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as your 24ph Account. 24ph reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal.
Processing times are as follows: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes to a few hours of approval. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are processed within one to three banking days.
All transactions on the 24ph Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). 24ph does not currently accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies.
An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. 24ph reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee of ₱50 to dormant accounts. Players will be notified by email prior to the application of any dormancy fee. Any remaining balance will be returned to the player upon request and successful identity verification.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by 24ph are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion details. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus; unused bonus funds will expire at the end of the validity period.
24ph reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings where it reasonably suspects that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk or hedged bets to meet wagering requirements, or colluding with other players to exploit promotional terms.
Fair Play Reminder: Bonuses at 24ph are designed to enhance your gaming experience. Players found to be exploiting promotional offers in bad faith will have their accounts reviewed and may face permanent suspension.
All games available on the 24ph Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, 24ph will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, the wager for that round will be refunded to the player's wallet. 24ph's decision in such matters is final.
24ph uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live casino games are conducted by real dealers and are subject to the rules of the respective game as announced by the dealer and displayed on screen.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 24ph Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:
All content on the 24ph Platform — including but not limited to the 24ph brand name, logo, game graphics, software, text, images, and user interface design — is the exclusive property of 24ph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 24ph.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 24ph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
24ph's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
24ph does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
24ph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
24ph implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and 24ph cannot guarantee absolute security.

Upon closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your wallet will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and provided no funds are subject to an active investigation.
Upon termination of your Account for any reason, all bonus balances and associated wagering progress will be forfeited. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall continue to apply.
24ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 24ph will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account as described in Section 13.2.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, players are encouraged to contact 24ph support to seek an amicable resolution. 24ph will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes promptly and fairly.
